Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at cosmosaudiollc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds and Returns
Here at Cosmos Truck Accessories sometimes Truck Accessories are difficult to get the right fitment sometimes, but our Database and catalog of products are very accurate. All sales are final on Our Website. Once a customer has agreed to send a special order product, and the order has been fulfilled and in the process of shipping to said customer, no order cancellation, or refunds will be accepted. Emails will usually take place for special orders. If a customer has agreed to wait for a special order through email, and payment is received, no refunds or returns will be made, due to the agreement to wait for a special order. Refunds and returns are only going to be allowed if and when you placed an order is placed to an address we can not ship to. (See “shipping locations” section for further details on this). If you are wanting to see if a certain product can be exchanged, or if a certain product can be interchanged for another product, or if we have a specific product you are looking for in stock, please contact us directly at @ cosmosaudiollc@gmail.com.
Special Orders: Special orders are a ball park estimates, A special order can take longer than previously expected, hence the name special order. It is a product that is not stocked, and will take longer to get to the customer. Special order date estimates are NEVER exact, and should not be 100% relied on.
Refunds (cont.)
If customer decides to ask for a refund or return , for any reason, including a special order dispute and not wanting the product anymore, the customer will have to pay a 20% restock and processing fee of the total original order amount (shipping included).
